This article by @leisa reflecting on her time working on the Drupal 7 User Experience project #D7UX is an great read. Not only because of her thoughts on the current state of the Drupal community but also because of the interactions in the comments. I've watched from a distance as the project has played out and have always enjoyed @leisa and @markboulton's thoughts on the matter. They are clear thinkings that operate with a admirable amount of separation from their biases.
